Your content and lobby names
You are solely responsible for any text you provide, including lobby names, topics and custom links. planningdeck does not pre-moderate user-supplied names and is not liable for content created by users. We may remove a lobby or custom link that violates these terms or applicable law, but the responsibility for the chosen name rests entirely with the lobby creator.
Custom lobby links (Legend)
Legends can set a custom link for a lobby. Custom links must be 3–32 characters long and use only lowercase Latin letters, digits and hyphens; they must not impersonate planningdeck or third parties, and must not contain prohibited words. We apply a basic automated blocklist, but it does not guarantee completeness — by setting a custom link you confirm it is your responsibility and you accept liability for it.
Disclaimer of warranties
planningdeck is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, from lobby content, or from custom links chosen by users.
Donations and Legend
The Legend status unlocks voice chat, screen sharing and custom lobby links. It is granted for a one-time donation of $5 or more and is a permanent, non-subscription account flag — it does not auto-renew and is non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; we do not store card details.
Accounts
Anonymous play and lobby creation remain free and do not require an account. Sign-in with Google or GitHub is optional and is used to persist achievements, Legend status and your lobbies. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of planningdeck after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
